Individual Counseling for Life Transitions, Life Coaching, Depression, Anxiety, Grief...
Our Approach to Individual Therapy Throughout our therapy practice, including our work with individuals, we use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), pioneered by Dr. Susan Johnson more than 25 years ago. EFT is a powerful approach and has proven to be highly effective in helping people identify negative patterns, move past self-defeating behaviors, and find the tools within themselves to develop new ways of living, succeeding and meeting their life goals. In studies conducted over the last 20 years, up to 90% of couples participating in EFT have acknowledged significant improvement in their relationships, and 75% have reported complete relationship recovery. The principles of EFT have also been used with great success in individual counseling.
